  1. I love tea and drink many types all the time. That said, I think this article implies that green tea is so low in caffeine that one can almost disregard it. This promotes a dangerous myth. One can buy decaf green tea, but most green tea is only slightly lower than common black teas. Some people must be caffeine free for health reasons. If so, they should definitely NOT drink green tea. (They can, however, usually consume herbal “teas,” which I consider weeds pretending to be tea.😊)
